Welcome to my webpage, my name is Chef Tony!

Do you like to cook? Do you find yourself thinking about food and the endless possibilities? The Chef and Restaurant Management program has been developed around a curriculum that will teach students the industry in a realistic way.

This program is a mini culinary institute that prepares students for post secondary education and an entry level position into the chef and restaurant management industry.

  • Attended The Culinary Institute of America
  • Worked in the industry since 1988
  • Certified instruction of ServSafe (national certification in sanitation)
  • Inducted into the Polaris Constellation of Stars 2004
  • Class voted 'Best of Show' at Taste of Medina 2005.
